of January 1, 2010, new facility bookings will be
taken for the board room only.
The images on this
page are virtual reality panoramas of these spaces within
the Oil Sands Discovery Centre. To operate, place your cursor

Booking Information
- Facilities are available to rent
from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- A Purchase Order or Credit Card Number must be provided at the time of booking.
- Multiple room bookings are eligible for 20% discount.GST is applied to all rentals.
- All bookings include use of audio/visual equipment,
and access to our award winning exhibit hall.
- Set-up/take-down
time is included in the rental fee. Additional time
can be booked at an hourly rate.
- Beverage service (coffee/tea/juice) can be booked at a cost of $3/person for half-day event and $5/person
for full-day event. User groups are responsible for their own catering.
- Functions extending past the booked time will be subject to charges at the hourly room rate
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the function without a fee. If you fail to cancel
within that time, a fee of $75 will be charged.
